Laurissa has been working as a Funeral Celebrant for over 5 years, and in that time has helped many families through the traumatic and stressful time of saying farewell to a loved one. 

With her psychology background, she if often called upon to help families who have lost their loved one through traumatic circumstances. 

Laurissa spends time with families to learn as much about their loved one as she can, in order to give them a fitting, personalised send off.

“By the time I get to a funeral, I feel as though I know the person whos life we are there to celebrate.  Every funeral is different, as no two people are the same, and those that are left behind need to say different things and do things differently in order to say goodbye”
