January 2008 – Beachside Location
We wanted a very relaxed, chilled out ceremony and it was important to us that our children were a very special part of it. Laurissa had such beautiful suggestions for ways the kids could be involved. Our daughter read a very special poem – which she practiced for weeks, and our little boy stood right there with us and played in the sand.
Laurissa was happy to keep it casual - she kicked off her shoes, and got into the beach experience whole heartedly. We had been a little apprehensive about having the ceremony on the beach, but Laurissa’s sound equipment was excellent and everyone was able to hear.
All in all, it was exactly what we wanted, and we have such fond memories. Laurissa was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole experience.

August 2007 – Leeuwin Estate
Having both lived in Margaret River for a few years, there was no decision to make about which celebrant we would have at our wedding. Laurissa has such a good reputation, every second person you meet has excellent things to say about a ceremony they’ve been at where Laurissa was the celebrant.
Neither of us had any idea where to start preparing our ceremony or what we needed to include. Laurissa, along with the support of her assistant, walked us through every step and helped us create such a special ceremony.
On the day she was excellent, she was relaxed, but in control and helped keep our nerves in check. Over 12months on and people are still talking about what a great job she did.

Choosing a Celebrant is a very personal decision and it is the professionalism and strong communication that Laurissa brings to my clients and their needs to ensure that they will have a wedding ceremony that reflects the couple they are and their commitment to each other. I have no hesitation recommending Laurissa to my clients, knowing that the planning of a wedding ceremony, from a distance, will be created and prepared with care and warmth in any location.
